VIDEO- Nigerian Killed in Malaysia
It is understood, locals Solomon beaten when he was with another friend came to the site in Kampung Batu Muda, Jinjang at 6.45 pm to help a friend who was involved in an accident between a car Proton Wira boarded them with a motorcycle and a truck.
It is understood, almost 100 local residents surrounded the vehicle and hit acts from Nigeria involved.
Sentul district police chief ACP Zakaria Pagan said he received information regarding a fight involved at 6.45 pm and rushed to the scene found four men before being beaten while two women and two children from Nigeria, not harmed.
He said four patrol car unit (MPV) were deployed to the scene to break up the fights involved.

University Professor Shot Dead In Maiduguri

A popular Mass Communication professor of the University of
Maiduguri, Murtala Mohammed, has been killed by yet-to-be identified
gunmen in Maiduguri today.
Mr. Mohammed who once served as the chief of staff to late Nigerian
first lady, Stella Obasanjo was killed in front of his house in the
troubled city of Mauduguri.
The motive for his killing remains unknown. Murtala had recently
returned to Maiduguri to resume classes at the University of Maiduguri.
Before his death, Mr. Murtala was living in Jigawa with his wife and two kids.
Murtala was 56 years old.

coming comedian, Maleke as his Senior Special Adviser (SSA) on
Entertainment Matters.
Maleke is also a singer well known for his hit single 'Low Waist'. He is fondly called the Miniwana Master by many.
Maleke has now joined the likes of entertainers in Nigeria who are serving on government or the other in Nigeria.
More recent is the appointment of Bob Manuel Ndokwu as an SSA. Nkiru Sylvanus is also serving a government in Imo State just like RMD is doing as a Commissioner in Delta State.

BREAKING NEWS: Explosions Reported In Kano
Reports from Kano say an explosion has occurred around Unguwa Uku along the Zaria Road highway.
A
resident of the area said the Joint Task Force, JTF, has already
arrived the area and cordoned off the explosion site thereby blocking
the ever busy highway.
He also said casualty figures, if any, cannot be ascertained now because of the restriction of access to the area.

This is because of the prolonged treatment he has been receiving since March, 2011 as a result of serious injury he sustained during a scuffle with his neighbors identified as Augustine Eleyi, 28, and Emeka Eleyi, 32, from Ohozara in Mgbo Ebonyi State.
Sunday, the only son of his parents from Ohafia in AbiaState, had his scrotum slashed off during a fight with two of his neighbours.

After series of intrigues, the newly appointed Deputy Governor of Imo
State, 48-year-old Prince Eze Madumere, was sworn-in Saturday amid tight
security at the Sam Mbakwe Expanded Executive Council Chambers,
Government House, Owerri.
Madumere’s name was submitted to the 27-member Imo State House of Assembly, presided by Benjamin Uwajimogu, after the impeachment of Sir Jude Agbaso, for “gross misconduct of office and bribery”.
He was screened and cleared after a seven–man panel headed by Justice Godwin Ihekire (rtd) submitted a report indicting Agbaso.

According to Sahara Reporters Nigeria's First Lady, Patience Jonathan, is sick again and is
shuttling between Spain and Germany in search of treatment. A source

I recently celebrated my birthday… I was fortunate enough to go to Dubai
to attend my friend Tuface Idibia’s wedding… and I want to start off my
speech by showing you a couple of pictures of Dubai, because what I saw
there inspired me.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is the same oil that was discovered there in the 1960’s that they used to transform that society. The very same oil that was discovered here. But what have our leaders done with it?
Benjamin Franklin once said “when you’re finished changing, you’re finished”. I’d like to take that a step further by saying “we must be a part of the change we seek, or risk being changed ourselves”.
The question is no longer “will Nigeria change”… but rather, it’s “will it change for the better or worse” and “who will lead that change”.

But how come these supposed
porn producers still remain in business? This means they still have
people who patronize them despite all the criticism. It's surprising how
girls with short dresses are utterly disgraced in public, yet buyers
are encouraging soft porn.
Gone
are those days, when even the kissing part of Nollywood movies were
faked. Now, we hide under civilization and globalization which seems to
have encouraged nudity in Nigeria.

BRT BUS- Free Ride to Easter Monday
The LAGBUS Asset Management Ltd.,
operators of LAGBUS and the Lagos Area Metropolitan Transport Authority
(LAMATA), operators of Bus Rapid Transport (BRT)– will extend their free ride
to commuters on Easter Monday, April 1.
The two operators said on Friday in
Lagos that the bus ride, which was also free on Good Friday, was to show
appreciation to their teeming passengers.

Akolade Arowolo, the 31-year-old man
standing trial for allegedly killing his banker wife, Titilayo, on June
24, 2011 said he and the deceased kissed and had sex for two hours on
the day she died.
He said:
“That day she died was my birthday. I see birthdays as a new year in one’s life and I usually pray at the early hours of that day. I prayed till 3am but was woken by my wife’s kiss. We had sex for almost two hours and it was very good as we hadn’t done such in a while. We later prayed and talked about how we could improve on our relationship as well as business opportunities.”
